'No team will replace New Radiant'

Male', MALDIVES - President of Football Association of Maldives Bassam Adeel Jaleel has said that they will not be replace any team for the position of New Radiant Sports Club in this year's Dhiraagu Dhivehi Premier League.

"We will NOT be replacing any team for the position of New Radiant Sports Club in this year's Dhiraagu Premier League." Bassam tweeted.

New Radiant is currently suspension due to the unpaid salaries to 10 local players. According to the governing body of Maldives football, New Radiant has to pay a total of MVR 3.8 for those local players. 

League champions, TC Sports will be playing against Foakaidhoo FC on 7th June in the first leg of the season opening match at Foakaidho ground and the return leg on 10th June here in Male.
